Dr. Sanders’ passion lies within ultrasound and ultrasound-guided procedures. Dr. Colbi Sanders joins us from New Braunfels, Texas where she did specialty ultrasound and general practice for over 9 years. After receiving her undergraduate degree in biomedical science from Texas A&M University, Dr. Colbi Sanders received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University Center for Veterinary Health Sciences. Upon graduating in 2011, she completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine, surgery, and shelter medicine. Afterwards, she did several years of mixed and small animal practice medicine before undergoing specialty training in diagnostic veterinary ultrasound. Dr. Sanders recently opened her own mobile veterinary ultrasound business in 2023 called Vetscan Services. When Dr. Colbi Sanders isn’t treating her patients, she runs with her two German shorthaired pointers, Purdey & Clementine. She also enjoys golf, baking, and traveling with her boyfriend John in their little camper nicknamed the "Wiggle Butt Wagon."
